CASH:
R&J Video accepts cash at events only. In lieu of cash, we accept US Postal Money orders and cashier's checks. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH WITH AN ORDER.

PERSONAL CHECKS:
R&J Video accepts personal checks for all orders, provided that the checkholder has a valid driver's license or state ID. We charge a $25.00 fee per check on all returned checks. For online orders, please write your driver's license number and expriation date on the check.

RETURNED CHECKS:
If a check is returned to us for any reason, it is sent immediatley to the El Dorado County Office of the District Attorney. This is because our collection letters have only yeilded a 5% resolution with our customers. A letter will be mailed to the customer informing them of this action, along with a copy of the report that was filed.

CREDIT CARDS:
R&J Video acceps Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover cards. When placing an online order, please provide the credit card number, expiration date, and security code. The security code is the three-digit number that can be found on the back of the card, under the magnetic strip. It is on the white rectangle by the signature.
